Cow and Gate Carobel is food for special medical purposes, designed for the dietary management of habitual and recurrent vomiting and rumination in full-term infants, children, and adults. This carobel thickener and gelling agent can be easily used in a bottle-feed, as a spoon-feed or paste for both breast-fed infants and bottle-fed infants. How to prepare :- Add 1 scoop of Cow & Gate Instant Carobel to milk, juice or water. Shake well and leave for 3–4 minutes. Shake the mixture again and instantly feed.
